Loved the alpine style of the furniture, it added a unique charm to the place. the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. - the location was perfect, close to the main road but still quiet and peaceful. - the staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. - the open bubble hot spa bath was a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The wifi connection was a bit unreliable, often disconnecting or requiring a restart. Some of the furniture in the rooms was a bit old and could use an update.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel had great amenities such as free breakfast, a gym, a hot tub, and even Netflix. The unique design of the hotel added to its charm, with refurbished old items decorating the interior. A special shout out to Chris, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The lighting in the shower could be better and the toilet would benefit from a door to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. the wifi was not very reliable and it was difficult to connect to it.

The kitchen was well set up, offering everything we needed as trekkers and group of friends. the free soup in the late afternoon was a nice touch. the sleeping pods were a great feature, providing privacy and comfort. the hot water and shower pressure were excellent. the cleanliness of the whole place was impressive, and the recycling options were appreciated.
