Loved the alpine style of the furniture, it added a unique charm to the place. the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. - the location was perfect, close to the main road but still quiet and peaceful. - the staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. - the open bubble hot spa bath was a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The wifi connection was a bit unreliable, often disconnecting or requiring a restart. Some of the furniture in the rooms was a bit old and could use an update.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious vegetable soup served in the evening at Chateau Backpackers & Motels. It was a warm and comforting treat after a long day of exploring our surroundings. The soup had a great flavor and was a nice touch that added to our overall experience.
We had a good stay at Chateau Backpackers & Motels. While there were a few drawbacks such as noise after midnight and the lack of attention to cleanliness in some areas, the free breakfast and soup were a nice perk.

The breakfast could have been better. The only thing that would make it better is if they offered some hot food options.

The free veggie soup in the evening was delicious and the free breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day. the provided pool table and ample seating areas were a bonus for hanging out and relaxing. the beds had curtains, which provided some privacy and made for a more comfortable stay.
The lighting in the shower could be better and the toilet would benefit from a door to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. the wifi was not very reliable and it was difficult to connect to it.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, close to the bus depot and CBD. The rooms and facilities are good value for money, with free wifi and even free international calls. The hostel offers free soup and breakfast, which is a nice touch. The kitchen in the rooms is well-equipped, with plates, mugs, and a water boiler. The private room we stayed in was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and the staff was helpful in providing towels upon request.
The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.
